When designing Tri-Hot 5K Putters, Odyssey set an audacious goal of engineering a blade putter with the stability and MOI of a mallet.  Utilizing stainless steel, enormous amounts of tungsten, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, and a forward center of gravity, Tri-Hot 5K blades exceeded a 5000 IZZ inertia level, a number never before seen.

Now, Odyssey is delivering the same Tri-Hot 5K performance in mallets.  Thanks to their multi-material construction and forward CG, the new lineup of mallets keep putts closer to their original line, with tighter dispersion and a greater chance to go in on less-than-perfect strikes.

Odyssey equips the Tri-Hot 5K with its legendary Stroke Lab Shaft.  Stroke Lab shafts are more than 40 grams lighter than traditional shafts, which allows weight to be redistributed to the putter head and grip.  The effect of said weight distribution is dramatic.  Odyssey’s studies indicate improvements in the consistency of backswing time, face-angle at impact, ball speed, and ball direction.  Additionally, feel for the putter head becomes more acute, helping you make a more repeatable stroke.
